Film Type: Narrative Short

After losing five years behind bars, a man begins his new life in San Francisco, eager to find a job, a home, and a second chance.

A chance encounter between a bricklayer and a poet becomes more deep than what’s on the surface.

This is a fictional story that follows two Christian brothers seeking refuge from religious persecution. Set during the time of “The Beast” as mentioned in the Book of Revelations of the Holy Bible. In desperation the brothers have fled their homes, and are roaming the wilderness awaiting a sign for salvation all in while dodging oppressors hunting to kill Christians whom were given the title of “NOONS.”

Inspired by a poem by e.e. cummings, this is a War Romance set in 1952, during the Korean War. The story is about a couple’s last few hours together before he departs overseas. When Kate gives Tom a message hidden within a poem, we glimpse a moment in their uncertain future.
